    The Navigators & Co provides Support Coordination (SC Level 2 & 3), Specialist Support Coordination (SSC), NDIS social work, Community Participation, and Mentorship for NDIS participants across metropolitan Adelaide (Kaurna land) and South Australia. We support all disabilities and complex needs, offering personalised services at home, in the community, or through flexible outreach. Our team guides participants through NDIS plans, NDIS housing, SIL, and SDA accommodation, delivering culturally respectful, holistic, and empowering support that maximises independence and helps participants navigate their NDIS journey with confidence.

    The team provides person-centred support to help you navigate the NDIS, build capacity, and access the services that best meet your goals. For participants with complex needs (SSC), we offer higher-level coordination that addresses barriers, enhances safety, and works across multiple systems using appropriate approaches.

    Access to community participation/Mentorship

    Community participation can feel stressful at times, our team brings a mix of practical, soft-skill, and sport-based experience to make it easier. We create tailored opportunities that match each person’s interests and goals, supporting confidence, independence, and meaningful engagement in the community.

    Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

    At The Navigators & Co, our Psychosocial Recovery Coaching (PRC) is participant-led, strengths-based, and recovery-focused. We support people with psychosocial disabilities to build confidence, develop life skills, and engage meaningfully in their community.
    Unlike Support Coordination, which focuses on navigating the NDIS and linking with providers, our PRC is centred on personal growth, independence, and wellbeing, helping participants achieve their goals through tailored, empowering support.
